How to find time and create space for what’s most important

I’ve been hearing this a lot… I don’t have time to _________ (fill in the blank).

Now, I actually don’t mind hearing “I don’t have time to read gossip magazines” or “I don’t have time to wash my car.”  What bothers me is when I hear “I don’t have time to take care of myself” or “I don’t have time to tune in to my heart.” Whaaaaaat?

Why do you put yourself at the bottom of the pile under everyone and everything else?

Why do you fill up your calendar and say yes to things you don’t want to do?

Time is like money. Suze Orman, money manager extraordinaire, talks about paying yourself first.  You put aside a certain amount each month in your savings account and pay yourself. If you don’t, at the end of the month, that money will be gone. It’s the same with time. If you don’t schedule yourself in, you WON’T have time for yourself. Instead, you’ll be giving your time to TV, Facebook and dusting your office. Ugh.

It’s time to add yourself in to your calendar. Stop saying I’m too busy and find a way!

I know you might be thinking… I WANT to, but I just don’t know how. That’s where I come in… I’m giving you the first training in our Reawakened Woman Program:

The training is a 45 minute audio. You’ll learn how to:

  • Cut out things from your calendar
  • Make sure you don’t add more in
  • Find mini pockets of time
  • Create your own personal sacred time

Leave me a comment and let me know what you do to find time and create space for what you love.
